Sharing a love of yoga and nature - we practice outdoors as much as we can. Sequences specifically tailored to help with mountain activities and prevent injury. Stretch out those tight leg muscles, open up the shoulders and hips and learn to breathe deep. Great for strengthening your core, learning to use the breath through movement and finding the space to relax.

With over four different rock types for all abilities, there is something for everyone. We can provide you with local advice and guidebooks or professional instruction and coaching.
