Practice Yoga

Sharing a love of yoga and nature - we practice outdoors as much as we can. Sequences specifically tailored to help with mountain activities and prevent injury. Stretch out those tight leg muscles, open up the shoulders and hips and learn to breathe deep. Great for strengthening your core, learning to use the breath through movement and finding the space to relax.


Improve Or Try Climbing 

Whether you're a complete novice or an experienced climber, there's a huge amount to do. From long multi-pitch routes in the national park to single pitch and bouldering. With over four different rock types for all abilities, there is something for everyone. We can provide you with local advice and guidebooks or professional instruction and coaching.


Guided Walks, Hikes & Trail Running

With the Ecrins National Park on the doorstep, there is so much beauty to explore. Feel free to do it on your own or guided by an International Mountain Leader. We've got all the best trails covered whether you want a relaxing wander, harder hike or full on trail running experience.
